In an instant, you can go from despondent to adventurous, from joyous to depressed, especially if you're generally unstable or your doctor has been meddling with your dosage.
Or how in one instant, you go from thinking you're about to have the best sex of your life to realizing you're about to lose your job and your girlfriend, thanks to some asshole and his TV show :(
