If you aim for the top, you're likely to be disappointed because you don't have that much natural talent and you're a little lazy, as evidenced by that pooch. If you aim for the bottom, you'll reach your goal, but most people will use it against you because everyone needs someone to hate.
Aim for the middle and you can reach your goals and slide by under the radar. No one will hate you except your type-A grandmother who even hates kittens because they're weak, so that's a losing battle.
